Cardboard '˜police officer' used to cut speeding in Fife
Lifesize cut-outs are the latest weapon in the war against speeding drivers
Police in Fife have unveiled a new line of defence against speeding motorists in the village of Lundin Links – a cardboard cutout named Pop-up Bob.
The lifesize officer stands at the side of the road pointing a radar gun at cars.
