Body of a man discovered in Glasgow park

Police Scotland have confirmed that the body of a man was found this afternoon in Rouken Glen Park in Glasgow.

The body was discovered today, Tuesday, January 12, at around 1.20pm within Rouken Glen Park.

Police are still working to determine the circumstances.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were made aware that the body of a man had been found within Rouken Glen Park in Glasgow around 1.20pm on Tuesday, January 12.

"The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing."
