Body found in search for missing teenager Jade McGrath
Police searching for a missing teenager have recovered a body.
Jade McGrath was last seen in the Leachkin area of Inverness on November 28.
A large-scale search involving police dogs and specialist officers was launched to trace the 19-year-old from Aviemore.
Her family has been informed of Sunday’s discovery.
A police statement said: “Police Scotland can confirm they have recovered a body from Lawers Way, Inverness at about 3pm on Sunday.
“Formal identification is still to take place.”
