Blind man assaulted by group of youths in Fife

A blind man was attacked by a group of young people at a park in a Scottish town.

Police are appealing for more information about the assault, which happened at Beveridge Park in Kirkcaldy at about 1.30pm on September 23.

Officers confirmed the man was attacked near to the sign stating when the next rugby club fixture is.

Anyone with information that might help identify the culprits or who witnessed the assault is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote ref PS-20200923-1696.
