17-year-old male second person charged in connection with death of Scott Hector, 20, in Aberdeen

Police in Aberdeen have arrested and charged a second teenager in connection with the death of a 20-year-old boy in the city.

The incident happened within a property in Marischal Court around 7am on Friday, April 2.

Scott Hector, 20, was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services.

An 18-year-old man had been charged in connection with the death on Saturday.

Now, a 17-year-old teenage boy has also been charged.

He will appear alongside the 18-year-old man at Aberdeen Sheriff Court tomorrow, Tuesday, April, 6.
