A mountain to climb in the name of Highland conservation

TWENTY celebrated nature photographers will focus on Scotland over the next two years as part of a mission to inspire the public about conservation.

2020VISION, which begins this week, aims to use visual imagery on a scale never attempted before to convey the importance of Scotland's biodiversity.

The first assignment will take place in the north-west Highlands, with a team of professional photographers visiting the remote and mountainous area of Coigach and Assynt, north of Ullapool.
