1. Balmule House
Set in 30 acres of woodland, Balmule House is a 14th-century property 10 minutes’ drive from the centre of Dunfermline. It's the highest-rated hotel for weddings on Tripadvisor, with hundreds of glowig reviews. Brenda P said: "The house and the estate including the walled garden were fabulous, the whole place is beautiful and imaculate, the house and rooms are stunning, the food was amazing we had 140 people at the wedding in the lovely marquee and all the guests loved there amazing day." | www.booking.com
2. Lands of Loyal Hotel
Situated at the foot of Loyal Hill overlooking the picturesque town of Alyth in picturesque Tayside, the Lands of Loyal Hotel is the second highest rated hotel for weddings in Scotland. There's a highly acclaimed resaurant and an atmospheric grand hall. AJK865 said: "We held our wedding here in July and the staff, food, service, decor was absolutely fantastic. No stone is left unturned here and every detail is considered. 3. Glasgow Hilton
Taking third sport is Glasgow's Hilton hotel, which has been hosting wedding for almost three decades. Conveniently located just off the M8 motorway in the centre of the city, it has 320 bedrooms, a stylish restaurant & bar, the first Dilmah Tea lounge in the UK and a spa. Jules said: "Attended a family wedding here this weekend and I just have to say wow! From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome by the friendly attentive staff. 4. Palm Court Hotel
Fourth spot for hotels when it comes to wedding venues, according to online reviewers, is the Palm Court Hotel, located in Aberdeen's quiet West End. Its restaurant, The Bothy, serves traditional Scottish food alongside rare malts and fine wines. Stevie H said: "Delicious food, fantastic team, beautiful venue, more than reasonably priced, and we're already planning our first anniversary there!
