It can be an overused phrase in property, but Craigbinning, outside the little village of Dechmont near Broxburn, could definitely be said to have the best of both worlds. 9. Owner Steven, who has an environmental science background, was kept busy tending the four acres of grounds.
He says: "There are lots of different trees here and I’ve set aside areas for rewilding and found that insects, butterflies, in particular, have come back in droves.
