It is Dessert Week in the Bake Off tent, with bakers attempting to impress the judges with treats from self-saucing puddings to nostalgic classics.
Week five of The Great British Bake Off has arrived, and with it a fresh set of challenges.
Last week saw Molly exit the tent during Bread Week, as did Nikki who had to leave the show early following the death of her mother. As for what is coming up tonight (Tuesday, October 20), fans can expect some tricky tasks - though perhaps none so bad as last week’s technical.
With staggered start times on the menu for this week’s signature, here is what time Bake Off is on and where you can watch.
What week is it on Bake Off?
During episode five of Bake Off, the bakers face Dessert Week.
In the tent this week they will take on a self-saucing pudding signature with staggered start times to make sure they are served straight from the oven.
Then it’s a bread-and-butter pudding technical; a true British classic. Going into the showstopper, bakers must produce a selection of other classic retro puddings for a dessert trolley.
