Marti Pellow Hydro Stage Times: Glasgow gig set times, support, tickets, likely setlist and age restrictions

Marti Pellow will be playing Glasgow this week.

Scottish singing star Marti Pellow is set to play some of his best-known songs on a UK-wide tour.

He'll be playing former band Wet Wet Wet's debut album, Popped in Souled Out, in full - plus a string of other hits.

Released in 1987, the album catapulted the band to fame and was only kept off the number one spot in the UK album charts on the year of its release by Michael Jackson's Bad. The five-times platinum record would later finally top the charts in January 1988.

Hit singles from the album included Wishing I Was Lucky, Sweet Little Mystery, Angel Eyes (Home and Away) and Temptation.

And there's good news for Scottish Marti Pellow fans, as the tour includes a stop in Glasgow.

Marti Pellow plays Glasgow's OVO Hydro on his 'Popped in Souled Out' tour on Saturday, March 16.

Will there be a support act?

Marti Pellow will be supported by American singer Casey McQuillen. She found fame appearing on Season 13 of American Idol and has since toured extensively - as well as receiving international recognition and press for her anti-bullying concert series, The You Matter Tour.

What are the stage times?

Doors open at 6.30pm with Casey McQuillen expected on stage at around 7pm and Marti Pellow playing from approximately 9pm. The show will finish by 10.40pm.
