THE current X Factor judge was in the news this week for the wrong reasons, so we’ve decided to give you a look at what else she’s been up to.

Age: 24

Nickname: The Female Boss, that’s also the name of her fragrance. The X Factor actually got in trouble with Ofcom for

giving “undue prominence” to her fragrance (she’d raise her right arm to show her ‘The Female Boss’ tattoo when she walked on each week.)

Why’s she famous? She’s mega famous because of the X Factor. But she made her name as a member of the band N-Dubz, which also starred her cousin Dappy and their friend Richard ‘Fazer’ Rawson. N-Dubz formed in 2000 and released three albums before splitting in 2011.

Why is she in the news? In March of this year a tape emerged online, showing Tulisa and her ex, MC Ultra, engaging in what can only decribed as a lewd act.

I want to see it! Where is it? Too late, you can’t... you dirty so and so! Tulisa originally said the woman in the tape wasn’t her, but then we saw it ourselves and knew it was her. So she took out an injuncton to stop its distribution. This week they settled a legal action and MC Ultra apologised.

What else has she done? Where have you been? She was only voted the sexiest woman of 2012 in FHM magazine! Tulisa has become involved with TV and acting too, it’s not all TV talent shows though, she presented a documentary on BBC 3 last year, dealing with parents who have mental illness.

Mental illness? What’s the story there? Tulisa has been a carer for her mum since she was a child. Her mother has suffered from mental illness since before Tulisa was born so it’s a subject Tulisa is passionate about.

What next? She’ll continue to be one of the stars of the X Factor when it comes back to TV later this year. Her first solo album is due for release this September.
