Humour

Humour are a young, punk-inflected band from Glasgow creating a genuinely exciting music industry buzz. Andreas Christodoulidis (vocals), Ross Patrizio (guitar), Jack Lyall (guitar), Ruairidh Smith (drums) and Lewis Doig (bass) have performed together in various bands over the years, but with Humour it finally seems like they’ve arrived. The quintet have enjoyed playlist support from Spotify, Apple and Amazon, picked up airplay on Radio 1, BBC Radio 6 Music, Radio X and had the likes of NME, Brooklyn Vegan, DIY, DORK and Glasgow’s Tenement TV singing their praises.

They’ve just wrapped up a tour of mainland Europe, including the Left of the Dial festival in Rotterdam and multiple shows in France. Their debut EP is due to be released via So Young Records (home to Vlure, Been Stellar, Lime Garden) on 25 November, and they play London’s Sebright Arms on 24 November, Manchester’s YES on 25 November, Glasgow’s Nice N Sleazy on 26 November and Edinburgh’s Sneaky Pete’s on 3 December.
