Theatre review: Waltzing Matilda
This sketchy new show from two members of physical comedy troupe Plague of Idiots '“ 'the French one and the Aussie one' '“ stretches very little a long way, like rations in the wilderness.

Which is where Aussie Gary finds himself, in short shorts, at the start of this meagre fifty minutes. Along the way, there are leisurely encounters with lost sheep and outback belles portrayed by sidekick Lulu, fleshed out with bursts of popular song, interpretative dance and plenty of pregnant pauses for the audience to fill in with laughter if so moved.
