Theatre review: Sexual Fears of a Modern Day Virgin
Despite the clunky title, this show is a pretty straight (and gay and bi and trans) exploration of sexual identity and gender fluidity and its impact on a couple of relationships.

When Ben comes out as a woman, her partner Connor has to make his own transition. Love and trust are tested elsewhere when a lesbian couple want different things out of their sex life. An art student wonders why he isn’t attracted to anyone. But the sexual conversations which arise from these believable scenarios are a little coy and buttoned up; worse, the writing and direction are banal.
