Scapegoat sets out to tackle the emotional minefield of making amends, granting or withholding forgiveness and the question of whether evil is genetic but, despite a short running time of little over half an hour, it feels ponderous, while the slow, balletic movements of the two principals don’t add anything to the interpretation.
