Hailing from Kilmarnock, Jordan Yates and Marc Williams Brown have a support slot for Biffy Clyro to their name and have played throughout Scotland. Huxtable are putting the finishing touches to a single, Favourite Thing, mastered by Frank Arkwright, who has worked with artists including Arcade Fire and Mogwai, and the forthcoming release boasts the studio skills of JP Reid, sometime collaborator with Biffy’s Simon Neil. Later this month, the band play Edinburgh’s Electric Circus (20 May), Perth’s Twa Tams the following night and the Big Barn Rally in Stockport (28 May). In the meantime, we recommend checking out the tracks Shut Up and Attack. https://soundcloud.com/wearehuxtableyouarenot
