Musicals and Opera review: Dark Heart
The enthusiasm of the cast cannot compensate for the clichéd lyrics, odd choreography and ropey vocals in this new musical about traumatised Emma and the voices in her head.

Their ability to get their tonsils round a medication list song was impressive. Less so was the nasal singing and the banal truisms trotted out in lieu of any serious examination of mental health issues.
