What’s the last piece of clothing you bought?

A loose fitting charcoal grey smock dress which has a woolly top and a silky bottom.

What are you addicted to buying?

Jumpers and cardigans.

Best ever bargain?

A pair of secondhand real leather lace-up boots for a tenner. They must have once belonged to a one legged person as only one of them was worn in.

Who has great style?

My pal Marie-Claire McGuinness who owns (and wears) a business called Glasgow Tunics.

Name your favourite high street shop.

TK Maxx, but only at 9am on a weekday morning.

Any fashion disasters you’d care to tell us about?

Every time I try to dress for other people or for an event like a posh wedding, I struggle to find grown up women’s clothes that are “me”. On the other hand you will never, ever catch me in blue denim.

What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe?

My black and tartan frock-coat with a front zip and sticky up collar. It was made especially for me by Glasgow Tunics.
