The new house party focuses on the best Edinburgh-based talent. Hosted by Bluford Duck (Dean Newton) and Huggy, they are joined by local DJs - Laurence Nolan, Belch and Kirk Douglas. With a cast so tight, it’s got to be right.

A welcome return of quality tech-house with special guest DJ Harvard Bass (Turbo Recordings). The late John Peel was blown away by Traumschallplatten, he cited the record label amongst the best of the best. Traum producer Ryan Davis headlines with deep and emotive electronic music. His complex arrangements and stunning harmonies have resulted in parallels with Guy J. More recently he has become remixer of choice for Sasha and Digweed. Support from residents Barry O’Connell and Brad Charters.

Simmone Black, Isla Blige, Carina Ramos and Blonde flash are Ladies on Rotation. The all-woman DJ collective specialise in rare groove, disco, soul, and funk. Classy ladies mixing up classic sounds in a trendy basement club – what more could you ask for?

Syndicate Pres. Jazzie B (Soul II Soul)

Jazzie B - the producer behind Soul II Soul smashed the charts in 1988 with ‘Keep on movin’ and ‘Back to life’. Since then, he’s remixed countless artists including James Brown and Public Enemy – and in 2008 was awarded an OBE. He joins the Syndicate collective – Lee Marvin, Babs Flow, Little Joe, Valentine, Wanless, Wilson Bros, Miller and Molecular.
