Dance, physical theatre and circus review: And Now'¦

The referendums for Scottish independence and EU membership lit a fire inside many people previously uninterested in politics.

Star rating: **

Venue: ZOO Southside (Venue 82)

Understandably, artists have been quick to respond to this, including Scottish dance company, plan B. But despite being born out of such fertile material, And Now . . . seems to have captured all the contemplation and little of the passion.

Set in a playroom, four dancers and a musician portray children waiting to grow up. They tell us their hopes, and roll around a lot, but with so little in the choreography to engage with, maintaining an interest becomes increasingly difficult.

Until 27 August. Today 6:30pm.
