Change to T in the Park layout will give fans more space
The size of the main arena this year will increase by a third and all of the biggest music stages, including the main stage, Radio 1 stage, King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut tent and the slam tent, will be relocated to new, improved areas.
The King Tut’s tent will have open sides to allow more festivalgoers to watch performances.

There will also be more stewards across the site, overseen by new zone managers who will be directly linked by radio to festival management.
Clearer signs and directions throughout the arena and more easily-identifiable help teams are also part of the changes.
Announcements on changes to the campsite and transport are expected to be made in the next fortnight.
