Castle FM

A STORY carried in the Evening News on Saturday, September 18, regarding the competition for a new FM radio licence in Edinburgh, and a subsequent story in the Business section on Wednesday, incorrectly referred to one of the bidders for the licence as Capital FM.

The licence is in fact being sought by Castle FM, a consortium including Andrew Neil, publisher and editor-in-chief of The Scotsman Publications, Kwik-Fit founder Sir Tom Farmer, broadcaster Sheena McDonald and former Lord Provost Eric Milligan. We apologise for any embarrassment caused by this mistake.
