Andy Murray to be true Scotsman when he weds Kim
The Scottish tennis star was asked during an on-court interview at the Australian Open whether he planned to wear a morning suit or a kilt for the big day, reported to be in October. As the crowd began shouting out their preferences, Murray jokingly told them to “relax”, before adding: “I think I’m going to have both options and see what I feel like in the morning when I wake up.”

He was asked if he would wear the kilt in the traditional Scottish way, and replied: “Yes obviously, proper kilt.” When the interviewer pressed him on whether that meant he would be “freeballing” – which means to not wear underwear – Murray said “exactly”, before ending the inquisition.

Murray’s fiancée shook her head and smiled while his mother was seen laughing.
The former Wimbledon winner proposed to Kim in November 2014 after nine years together. Ms Sears has been supporting Murray in the crowd since the tournament started last Monday.
