Alistair McLaughlin, Leith: "It was so negative from Hughes, it was so different from the last time we were here, nothing to shout about from Hibs and the referee was a complete joke to just send off Miller for a tackle."

John Foley, Lochend: "Why send off Miller when the referee lets the other guy off with a yellow card? The referee favoured the home team with every decision and although we didn't really threaten them we deserved a point."

Mark Foster, Lochend: "A disgrace of a pitch. How are you meant to watch footballers play on a surface like that? I believed that we would have won on a decent pitch."

David Ahmed, Leith: "It was poor from Hibs on a poor pitch, nothing much else to say except. I was surprised that Graeme Smith was left out, he has been superb since signing for us."

Alan Henderson, Brunstane: "The other teams have no chance on a park that's like a field – it's a total disgrace. I can't imagine what the players think playing on that."

Bob Tait, Leith: "I was thinking we were going to get a draw. Also I think the park was dangerous and why did Hughes take off Cregg?"

Alan Muir, Leith: "Every one of us saw the Motherwell player attacking Miller after his tackle and the referee was a homer by not sending him off as well."

John Lindsay, Leith: "I have to say we were poor. It has been a hard six days for Hibs, I just hope Hughes gets it sorted and gets us back on track next week."

Peter Ferguson, Craigintinny: "We have got to complain to the SPL as that referee was so biased, he cost us a point and was just a joke. It's also 22 wasted to watch players not being able to run with the ball on a pitch that must be shut down."

Steven Prior, Granton: "Miller deserved to go but so did the Motherwell player. Always happens to Hibs, the referee was absolutely awful – he is the worst in the SPL."

William Aitken, Gilmerton: "We want fair play but the referee was always favouring them. I was also upset at Yogi's team selection; Cregg, Miller, Stevenson and Rankin in the midfield was again a joke selection."

John Muir, Leith: Not good enough, we had a man short but even if we didn't I didn't see enough from us to pose a threat. I think we got our first corner two minutes from the end, Gow and Stokes were poor as were most of their teammates."

Ross Smith, Gilmerton: "Does Yogi think we are coming to watch our team playing like that and being happy, and does he think we are going to put up with that team selection? He has mucked it up for the last three games and no wonder we have got nothing from them."

Ronald Cowan, Fernieside: "Major disappointment that Miller got sent off. The referee bottled the decision also to send off Motherwell player at the same time. A waste of money when the referee causes us to lose the game by his bad decisions."

Martin Finley, Biggar: "It wasn't a game of football as the pitch was a glue pot, no player could produce on that surface. It's our last visit to there and I hope the players can put this week behind them and believe that in the next few games we can get our form back and the results will follow."
