Mike Ross, Haymarket: "Very unhappy at the referee, he was so poor for both sides he basically spoiled the game but we didn't play well again."

Alan Ross, Ravelston: "I thought we had enough chances to win the game as Nish, Stokes and Riordan all passed up good opportunities. Great atmosphere as the old East Stand held its last party."

Gavin McDowell, Dean Village: "That was a disgrace, the referee was so bad that I gave up shouting at him. The more I shouted the worse he got."

Bob McNeil, Musselburgh: "I don't know how much more we could have put in to that game without winning. It was bad finishing that cost us but the referee was having a laugh. I thought he was so poor it was funny."

Donald Hughes, Leith: "To take a point from that was okay as I thought we were outplayed at times. We need to take our chances but the forwards look very short on confidence."

David Smith, Gracemount: "Poor up front, we missed a load of chances in the second half and it cost us the win."

Ian Smith Gracemount: "I don't think we are getting the breaks like we did earlier on in the season, every loose ball went to them, every time we went to play they fouled us and it was a joke that the referee gave them a penalty."

John Baxter, Leith: "I can see us clicking again if we get our confidence back. That was daftness from the referee as the players weren't able to make a tackle without getting booked. Bamba and Stevenson tried hard but the forwards didn't make the most of the chances they were presented with in the second half."

Liam Bryce, Leith: "The inexperience of the referee caused us problems as he was lost out there – didn't have a clue. But it was the way we played that cost us the game as we were pretty poor.

Ian Quinn, Newhaven: "Loads of fans around me were shouting at the referee but it was Colin Nish and Derek Riordan who missed the great chances to put us two up that cost us the game. Will need to play better to get third place."

Pat Cooper, Trinity: "I thought we were good in bits and lacked the composure to win the game. Best for us was McBride and Miller and we lost the goal after we lost McBride to another injury. I hope he is fit for next weekend."

George Fraser, Craigleith: "Fed up of paying my money to watch poor referees spoiling the games. How bad are they going to get before something done about it?"

Ryan Fraser, Craigleith: "The defence was all over the place and the forwards missed loads of chances."

Keith Dunn, Leith: "We didn't take our chances. I didn't think the referee had a good game and the lack of substitutions by Yogi cost us the win. The fans made it a good atmosphere as the last game in the old East Terracing has now happened. It won't be the same but we have to move on."

Kevin McDougal, Leith: "If we had taken any of the three chances we had, then we would have won and the referee's decision would not have mattered."
