Willie McEwan, Edinburgh: "I'm obviously disappointed, bitterly disappointed. We started better in the second half and got an early goal and we should have gone on to win the match. When playing away from home the team has to dig in, but the performance was just not good enough."

John Leslie, Edinburgh: "I am bitterly, bitterly upset at the manner in which we were defeated. There seemed to be a lack of belief, and there is a lack of confidence at the moment. We were far too quick to get rid of the ball. Ross County were showing us how to play football, and it was just painful to watch. We could see it coming and it came as no surprise when they got the second goal. I think Yogi has tried everything and there is little that can be done, apart from bringing in some brand new players. There is something wrong with Hibs at the moment. They don't want the ball, don't win 50-50s and don't take players on. They seem scared of the ball. In terms of changing things around, I'd give Danny Galbraith a start, along with Benji. I would put Steven Thicot on the bench. It is harsh but David Wotherspoon had his worst-ever game in a Hibs jersey, he seemed to be looking at the ground most of the time."

Ricky Nicol, Liberton: "The confidence in the team is just shot. They're trying to play possession football but in Dingwall the better team won. Ross County had a stack of chances and we had very few. Saturday is a hard call for Yogi – I'm not sure what we can do for the trip to Falkirk. The team is really under pressure. It is a difficult one to call. I think we'll be fifth or fourth on this kind of form, but third may be a push."

Bryan Phillips, Marchmont: "What an absolute waste of a day. There was always a risk that this would happen but I thought Yogi would pull it together. I was wrong. We were awful from start to finish with the exception of ten minutes in the second half. A team of prima donnas who just seem to think they have to turn up to win, coupled with a manager who seems to turn a blind eye to their failings. So much for the hard-man Yogi, your post-match interviews show how soft you really are with a squad which doesn't seem to care what you say. Absolutely gutted."

Dave Thomson, Leith: "I don't think I can remember a worse time than this – the players brought us all the way up here and then just laughed in our faces. Absolutely gutted at this performance – I won't be at Falkirk now, in fact I've had it now for the rest of the season."

Brendan Watson, Dunbar: "Disgrace. No fight, no passion, and currently not fit to wear the shirt. Yogi needs to have a long hard look at himself and turn things around! Must-win on Saturday, no excuses."
