West Brom bag another victory

WEST Bromwich Albion took another huge stride towards automatic promotion from the Coca-Cola Championship last night with a comfortable 3-0 victory over a Leicester side in freefall.

In-form Albion are now 12 points clear of third-placed Nottingham Forest, who only have another 18 left to play for, and could even be promoted on Easter Monday should results go their way over the next three days. Goals from James Morrison and two from Robert Koren brought West Brom an eighth successive home victory that marks their best sequence since season 1948/49.
