Walker joint fourth to cap great month

Scotland’s Kylie Walker, with two top tens in the past month, finished joint fourth after a great final round 67 in the Raiffesenbank Prague Masters at the Albatross Resort in the Czech Republic yesterday.

Fifth in the Aberdeen Ladies’ Open at Archerfield three weeks ago and then eighth in the Uniqa Open in Austria last Sunday, the Prague result was a career best on the Ladies’ European Tour for the 25-year-old who turned professional two years ago.

Joint 13th overnight, Walker birdied the opening two holes as well as the fifth, ninth and 14th for a flawless five under round, finishing on nine under par and as the leading British player alongside England’s Kym Larratt, who also shot 67.
