Brendan Rodgers distances himself from talk of a return to England

Van Dijk has watched from afar as his former side have racked up 63 unbeaten matches in domestic football, setting a new British record in the process.

The Dutch defender, who’s set to take on a couple of his former team-mates when the Netherlands face Scotland at Pittodrie, says his emotional attachment to the club he left in 2015 is still strong.
