Venezuela has its first winner on PGA Tour

JHONATTAN Vegas became the first player from Venezuela to win on the PGA Tour after a three-man play-off with defending champion Bill Haas and fellow rookie Gary Woodland in the Bob Hope Classic.

The trio finished on 27-under, seven shots better than Martin Laird after the Scot closed with a 74 to finish in a tie for 22nd.
