Uni and Brora set for another day of drama

There were plenty of thrills at Peffermill in a match that saw two last-minute goals, a red card and a missed penalty.

With a minute to go,at one each, ten-man University seemingly clinched their place in the second round thanks to substitute Antoni. But within seconds, Mackay headed Rangers' equaliser.

Rangers skipper Neil had nearly given his side an eighth-minute lead when his free-kick hit the bar but the students went ahead five minutes later when, after good play between Gray and Murray, Cameron headed home from close range.

Two minutes before half time, Scott-Woodhouse was sent off for a foul in the area on Mackain. Tait, however, saved Baxter's penalty. In the 58th minute, Nigel Mackenzie's 25-yard shot for the visitors set up that dramatic finale.
