Three SPL players in African squads

SPL trio Laryea Kingston, Landry Nguemo and Sol Bamba all moved a step closer to the World Cup as Ghana, Cameroon and Ivory Coast respectively named their provisional squads for the finals in South Africa.

Hearts midfielder Kingston said: "I have an important assignment in front of me. It's a very important moment in my career because I missed the last World Cup, so this one is quite important for me."
