Three Scots teams vie for quarter-final places

CURLING: After three rounds of play in the Ramada Perth Masters, three Scottish teams are among the four undefeated sides left in the competition, and they, along with Norway's European bronze medallist Thomas Ulsrud, will play off for direct route places in the quarter-finals this morning.

Aberdeen's Tom Brewster, who beat Perth's Glen Muirhead 10-1 yesterday evening, will line up against Sandy Reid, who beat his fellow Perth skip Peter Loudon by 5-4 yesterday. Stranraer's veteran former world champion Hammy McMillan, who beat John Dunn by 7-3, will face Ulsrud.
