Third Division: Elgin's long journey south ends in tears as Berwick hit them for six
First-half goals from David Cox and Kevin Neilson were enough to see Annan grab a vital away victory at Gayfield.
Cox headed the opening goal for the Dumfriesshire club after 38 minutes from Ian Harty's cross and Neilson netted the second goal two minutes later from a Jordan Halsman corner kick.

Hide AdDarren Gribben netted a hat trick as Berwick coasted to a comfortable victory at Shielfield.
Chris McLeod gave Berwick the perfect start with the opener after four minutes, and it was one-way traffic thereafter with Craig O'Reilly and Paul Currie also netting. Craig Gunn and Daniel MacLeod grabbed consolation efforts for Elgin.
East Stirlingshire 2, Montrose 1
Shire came back from a half-time deficit to seal a deserved late victory.
Paul Tosh put Montrose ahead from the penalty spot midway through the first.
But Stephen Maguire drew Shire level from the penalty spot after 76 minutes before Jamie Stevenson netted a late winner.
Queen's Park 0, Clyde 1
Mark McCusker netted the winning goal at Hampden as Clyde coasted to a comfortable victory.
McCusker fired the Bully Wee in front at the start of the second half, knocking the ball home after Queens keeper Adam Strain fumbled. Clyde were unfortunate not to win by a wider margin after dominating for long spells.
Stranraer 3, Albion Rovers 2
Armand One pounced to net a late winner to seal a dramatic win for the Blues.
