Albion Rovers 3, Arbroath 0Rovers moved to within three points of leaders Arbroath following a resounding victory.Scott Chaplain fired Rovers in front from the spot after five minutes and Alan Benton and Robert Love killed off hopes of a Red Lichties revival.

Ian Harty was the goal hero as Annan dispatched bottom side Clyde.

The only goal of the game came ten minutes before the break, veteran poacher Harty getting all the time he needed to slot in from six yards.

in a five-goal thriller at Ochilview, Guiseppe Capuano fired the visitors in front after nine minutes before strikes from Scott Johnston and Kevin Cawley put Shire ahead. A Stuart Beveridge own goal drew the Spiders level before Cawley's winner.

An early header from John Crawford was enough to help the Links Park side move six points clear of Clyde at the foot of the table.

Daryl Nicol provided the cross as Crawford headed home after 12 minutes.

Goals either side of the interval from Stuart McColm and Declan Gallacher put the Blues in control of the match. Paul Currie pulled a goal back for Berwick before McColm bagged his second goal of the afternoon to make sure of victory.
