Tennis: Glaswegian Jamie Baker falls at first hurdle
Baker, who came through qualifying, had his chances and served for the first two sets but could not shrug off a man who beat Rafael Nadal at Wimbledon last year.
After a serve-dominated start, Baker broke for a 6-5 lead only for Rosol to immediately wipe out the deficit and then take the set to a tie-break which the Czech then claimed.

Hide AdAnd it was a similar tale in the second when Baker squandered an early break and a 5-3 lead. Again Rosol hit back to rattle off four games on the trot to take a commanding two-set advantage.
