Tennis: Andy Murray patient in coach search

Andy Murray has confirmed he will not appoint a new full-time coach until the end of the season.

The Scot has been working with Alex Corretja on a temporary basis after splitting from Miles Maclagan in July and yesterday reiterated he is in no rush to search for a permanent successor. Murray said: "I want to make sure I pick the right coach. I don't want to just go for anyone as it might be a mistake after three or four months.

"I'm going to keep working with Alex through to the end of the year and look to appoint someone before the start of the new year."
