In the semi-finals the students scored early through Lee Nicholl to earn a 1-0 victory against Preston Athletic, while Spartans beat Heriot-Watt University 3-0 with a brace from Dean Hoskins and a goal from Jorge Vinelli.

In the Central Taxis Premier Division, Civil Service Strollers beat Whitehill Welfare 2-0 thanks to strikes from Ross Millar and John Dunn.

In the First Division, Vale of Leithen beat Eyemouth United 4-1, featuring doubles for Darren Gillon and Aaron Somerville.

Ormiston beat Peebles 2-1 with goals from Scott McKenzie and Jason Young. Elsewhere, Gretna 2008 and Easthouses Lily drew 0-0.
