Stewart Walker is the penalty king

STEWART WALKER was the hero for Armadale has he saved three penalties in a shootout to decide the annual Willie Johnstone Memorial game against his former club Whitburn after a 3-3 finish in regulation time.

Walker was playing his first game for Armadale after transferring from Whitburn who had new manager Mattie Coulter in charge for his first game.

Armadale raced into a two-goal lead after only seven minutes, Craig Chilton getting the first with Gregor Buchanan adding the second. Gary Miller reduced the deficit only five minutes later before Armadale's Lee Johnstone scored from the penalty spot after 20 minutes. Scott Brown pulled another goal back for Whitburn and Gary Miller made it 3-3.
