Star missing their manager

NEWTONGRANGE manager Graeme Armstrong is away in Australia on holiday and his presence was badly missed here.

Star's spark was missing as Kelty took the lead after 23 minutes when Thomas O Brien scored to give them an interval lead.

The second half was better for Newtongrange as they created chance after chance without any takers. And they were made to suffer when sub Neil McCabe scored to settle matters.
