Sponsorship boost

Lothians youth football's flagship cup competition has secured sponsorship from SPORTSassist.

The company's Tom Wilson, left centre, was at Tynecastle to hand over a cheque to South East Region Youth FA representative Ian Richardson, right centre, to help fund the staging of the association's regional tournaments from under-13 to under-21 level. The seven-game series of finals will be held at Dunbar's Hallhill complex on the weekend of May 28-29, with the trophy at each age group now to be named the SPORTSassist South East Region Cup
