Airdrie could still snatch a play-off spot and equalised with 15 minutes left through Scott Sally. Scott Morton won it five minutes later.

A last-minute goal by Stevie Murray earned Stenhousemuir a point from their visit to East Fife.

Scott Durie put the home side ahead after the restart and that goal looked to have won it until Murray struck at the death.

Forfar Athletic 3, Alloa Athletic 1

Martyn Fotheringham gave the home side a 23rd-minute lead but that was cancelled out by Jim Lister in 56 minutes.

Alloa weren't ahead long as Chris Templeman and Ryan Dow scored in quick succession to win it for Forfar.

Livingston 0, Ayr United 0

Livingston and Ayr shared the points after a goalless match at the Braidwood Motor Company Stadium.

Iain Russell was sent off in 36 minutes for fouling Alan Trouten but the match passed with little incident.

Peterhead 1, Brechin City 1

Peterhead missed the chance to close the gap on Stenhousemuir when Ryan Strachan saw his 75th minute penalty saved by Craig Nelson.

Mitch Megginson had earlier given Jim Weir's Brechin a 39th minute lead before Nicky Clark equalised.
