Scots draw Aussies in cup

SCOTLAND'S women have been drawn against Australia, Chile, Ireland, Malaysia and Trinidad & Tobago in the BDO World Cup Qualifier in Santiago from 25 April to 2 May next year.

Although the Australians, seeded fifth in the world rankings, are favourites to take the single qualifying place available for the World Cup Finals in Rosario, Argentina, next September, the tournament is an opportunity for the Scots to improve on their lowly 23rd ranking.
