Scotland aim to get campaign off to a flyer

SCOTLAND women's coach Adam Park-Elliot insists his side can get their ECB League season off on a positive note against Lancashire today and start to pick up the momentum they need to qualify for a World Cup.

"We want to hold our own," he said. "The ECB's realignment of the league effectively has promoted us up two divisions. And given that Lancashire were relegated from the top flight last year, this is going to give us a fair indication of where we are at the start of the summer and what we need to do to peak in August."
