Sam Torrance instructs Scott Brown and Steven Whittaker

IN THIS video, in association with Caledonian Best, we see Scottish golfing legend Sam Torrance working on the game of star pupils, Scott Brown and Steven Whittaker.

The Celtic, Rangers and Scotland stars both enjoy their golf, and the chance to get tips from a golfing hero like Sam Torrance, the Caledonia Best clubhouse captain, proved to be too much to resist. Watch the video to see how Whittaker and Brown improve on their game - if at all!

Torrance commented: “The boys were great to work with, both have solid golf games and we had a great time filming. Somehow I think they took my advice too far though.”

Scott Brown, sporting an interesting get-up, enthused: “Sam’s a golfing hero, a legend of the game. He makes the game look so easy. To get the opportunity to work on my game up close with him was sensational. We had a laugh with him as well which made it even more enjoyable.”

Steven Whittaker added, “I love my golf and like most golfers the better you play the more you enjoy it. To get tips from Sam was really exciting and great fun, I certainly got a lot out of it. He gave us some advice as well as some stick but I think we got him back in the end.”
