Hoops linked with another City youngster
Celtic have been credited with an interest in another Manchester City youngster - but City fans have launched an astonishing attack on the Parkhead side, accusing them of ‘brainwashing’ and ‘ruining’ Patrick Roberts.
The Hoops have previously taken the likes of Jason Denayer and Roberts on loan, while being linked with a host of other Etihad rookies. But City fans would rather see Foden hone his skills without going on loan.

Shaw ‘pushing for start’ says Lennon

Lennon said: “We see him as a first-team player and he will start games as the season goes on. I am delighted with the progress he is making. He is banging the door down for a start.” (Evening News)
