Scotland have now included 18 uncapped players in their 37-man summer squad.
Adam McBurney is the latest name to be added to the touring party, with the Ulster hooker replacing the injured Dave Cherry. McBurney, a former Ireland under-20 international, will join Edinburgh over the summer.
The tour is an opportunity for some of the nation’s most talented youngsters to get experience of international rugby but there are also some left-field call-ups for the matches against England A on June 27, Romania on July 7 and Georgia on July 14.
With Gregor Townsend away on the Lions tour, Mike Blair will take charge of Scotland as interim head coach.

Tighthead prop Javan Sebastian was born in Carmarthen and plays for Scarlets but qualifies for Scotland through his father who was born and raised in Edinburgh. The 26-year-old, who played age-grade rugby for Wales, was signed to Glasgow Warriors on a partnership contract in the 2015-16 season and was farmed out to Ayr. Photo: Steve Bardens/Getty Images
An exciting talent with bags of pace, Blain is comfortable playing across the back three. The 21-year-old signed a new contract with Edinburgh in February and will now look to make the step up from Scotland Under-20s to a full cap. Photo: Ross Parker/SNS
Jamie Dobie went from being asked to train with Scotland to gain experience during the Six Nations to a fully fledged member of the squad for the match against France in Paris. The livewire scrum-half turns 20 on June 7 but has already made a big impression with Glasgow Warriors, winning the man-of-the-match award on his first start for the club against the Dragons.
