London Scottish on a roll

LONDON Scottish edged Jersey 41-33 in a nine-point thriller at the Athletic Ground on Saturday.

Tries from Adam Kwasnicki, Miles Mantella (2) and Mark Bright helped Scottish to a fifth win on the bounce as they were pushed all the way by a spirited and attacking Jersey side, who are second bottom of the second-tier Championship, four spots back from their hosts. The visitors outscored Scottish by five tries to four but some more assured kicking from James Love helped the Exiles over the line.

Scottish’s next match is away to Leeds Carnegie on Sunday.
