How Gregor Townsend's Scotland team rated in disappointing defeat to Wales

Scotland failed to build on the momentous win over England on the opening weekend of the Six Nations.

Gregor Townsend' s side recorded a stunning 11-6 win over England at Twickenham, ending a hoodoo which stood since 1983.

The 25-24 defeat to Wales at BT Murrayfield was even more disappointing due to the manner of it. Scotland were in a strong position, tries from Darcy Graham and Stuart Hogg gave the team a 17-8 lead at the break and even led 24-20 despite being down to 14 men following Zander Fagerson’s red card.

After the high of last week, Scotland have to deal with the low of dropping to fourth place in the Six Nations table.

They are back in action at he end of the month against France.

Returning to this evening’s encounter, how did the players rate out of ten?
