Warriors have been without their big guns during the extended international window but are bolstered by their return for a tough opening match in Europe against last season’s winners.

Head coach Danny Wilson has named an all-Scotland front row of Oli Kebble, George Turner and Zander Fagerson.

Scott Cummings comes in at second row where he’ll partner Rob Harley at Sandy Park.

Matt Fagerson is at No 8, with Ryan Wilson and Tom Gordon either side of him.

There are three returning Scotland players in the backs.

Ali Price, who played in all of Scotland’s autumn Tests, is named at scrum-half, while Sam Johnson and Nick Grigg will form a centre partnership.

There is plenty of experience elsewhere in the backs, with Pete Horne at stand-off, Lee Jones and Tommy Seymour on the wings and Glenn Bryce at full-back.

Glasgow and Exeter have met six times previously in the Champions Cup, with the Scottish side winning three and losing two. The teams drew 31-31 at Scotstoun last season in the only match the Chiefs failed to win en route to lifting the trophy.
